Results:
1990 - 2000 we controlled 1100 FMS- patients.
627 were operated.
66% are still painfree,
22% had an amelioration, so they need only 1/ 5 of medication.

Conclusions:
The realization that in fibromyalgia the acu- puncture-points are recognized as holes which glue up breaks new ground concerning the accuracy of diagnostics as well as causal treatment.

Discussion
Patient who had a surgical operation due to fibromyalgia always demonstrated that they suffered from a corresponding quadrant pain either at the time of the examination or already from the beginning of the disease.Fibromyalgia can onset in the region of one quadrant and be limited to one quadrant in its early stage. Fibromyalgia can be broken down into different stages with the CRPS fitting in without the slightest difficulty.
The application of acupressure diagnostics and the examination of the tender points as acupuncture points leads to the realization that there are early stages of fibromyalgia and that these stages are concrete and diagnosable as quadrant pain and/or pain of one half of the body. In case of a correspondingly distinctive diagnosis, the most painful quadrant or the first affected quadrant must be operated. Patients with four equally affected quadrants must be operated on the upper quadrants of the hands first.
Patients who had surgical operations have a good chance to eliminate their sensations. The patient is thus not forced to live with this (allegedly) incurable pain. Fibromyalgia is considered an incurable disease by conventional medicine. Acupressure diagnostics has created a new access to causal therapy. Fibromyalgia is thus curable.
